C. Francis Construction Corp was contracted for critical drainage infrastructure upgrades in the City of Long Beach. The scope of work included full sidewalk restoration, installation of concrete gutters and curbs, ADA-compliant sidewalk ramps, precision saw cutting, and curb caulking to enhance water flow and durability. These improvements were designed to increase stormwater drainage efficiency, reduce street-level flooding, and improve pedestrian safety throughout the affected areas.
